How do entrepreneurs and enterprises network?
Accessing the i3Network is as simple as continuing to work with support organizations you’re already familiar with. The only difference is that those organizations need to be part of a “Hub” consortium which is at the heart of the i3Network. So, if you are already a member of an enterprise center, working with an enterprise development organization or participating in a variety of government and university support programs for entrepreneurs and small, emerging enterprises, and they are part of a member Hub, you may have access to the i3Network immediately. If the organization(s) you work with is/are not part of a formed i3Network Hub, ask that they look into joining or forming a Hub. Through the i3Network Hubs, entrepreneurs and emerging, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) access the network:
• As part of a trade mission with others (usually 4-6 companies)
• Individually with one on one support and all the features of a trade mission,
• Via direct communication between hubs on behalf of entrepreneurs/SMEs with specific needs,
